Please note:

Stays of 6 nights or less are liable for cleaning fees of $95.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 ($180) per week is required at
time of booking.

You may pay in either UK £'s or US $'s by cheque (check), bank
transfer or credit/debit card.

The balance will be required 10 weeks prior to rental arrival date.
A security deposit of £250/$320 will be required at the time of
booking. This will be refunded within 28 days after your departure
from the villa as long as the Management Company is satisfied that
no damage has been done.
