Any information passed on by visitors to this site such as submitting
email addresses, will be used solely for the purpose of renting the
villa. We will not pass your details on to any other agencies or third
parties whatsoever and will at all times respect the privacy of our
guests.

Terms
Bookings are held for 5 working days until receipt of deposit
(£100/$180 per week or part week), completed Booking form and
signed Terms & Conditions. On receipt of these, we will confirm the
booking in writing via email or post.
The final balance plus a security deposit of £250/$320 is due 10 weeks
prior to arrival.
The security deposit is fully refundable when our management company
confirms after an inspection on your departure, that the villa has been
left in the same condition as when it was rented.
Pool and spa heating (recommended October - May) is an optional
additional cost (£100/$180 per week). Spa heating only is at an
additional cost of £50/$100.
Bookings of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $95.

directly to our bank accounts in the UK or Orlando. Alternatively, you can
pay securely using any major credit card direct to us or via PayPal.
