You will have much more room to live in with your family, thus taking away added stress. You have total control of your time i.e. you can have breakfast when you want to You will feel like its home as it is fully equipped. No extra charges for internet use and telephones For a similar price of one hotel room you can have the use of our luxury villa with your own private pool, Games Room, your own bedrooms, plus many extras such as DVD player, Playstation and a Games Room with Pool and Air Hockey table, at no extra charge. . Why rent a villa direct from an Owner and not through a travel agent? For 2 reasons: 1. You know what home you are staying in. There is no allocation on arrival, if you rent via the owner. The owner knows the villa and area well so will be able to give the necessary information, guidance and assistance, if required. 2. You get a personal service. Many owners are flexible and are able to help with reasonable requests such as mid week arrivals and late/early arrival times. What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa? The villa is licensed to sleep 8 and an infant. It comfortably accommodates 8 people in the 4 bedrooms, and a crib is provided for an infant. Is smoking or pets allowed? For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa, which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed. How far away are the main attractions? The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes! What do we need to bring with us? Our villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard to make it a home from home. All bedding, pillows and towels are provided. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use so there will be no need to take dirty washing home. We also have an iron and ironing board at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and crockery required for cooking and there is a supermarket nearby for your grocery shopping. If you have any questions regarding what you need to bring please don't hesitate to get in touch. Do you have any facilities for small children? A cot, highchair, buggy/stroller, bedguard, baby monitor and potty are available at the villa. A pool safety barrier/fence has been used around the pool to prevent young children from venturing out to the pool unsupervised. All doors leading to the pool area have alarms too! All at no extra charge!! How do we locate the property Silver Creek is situated on US27, one mile north of the junction with highway 192. Directions will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival. Is a maid service included? The villa is rented on a self catering basis. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure. For your convenience and hygiene the villa is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, mop and brushes for your use. If you would like a clean during your stay this can be arranged at an additional cost. What entertainment is provided? For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation, dvds and videos. For teenagers and adults there is a PC with wireless high speed internet, fully equipped Games Room with Pool and Air Hockey tables, Foosball and Darts. There are Cable TVs and DVD too! Is the pool heated? No, unless you request it. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May as the water can feel quite cold. The pool and spa can be heated by prior arrangement and for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°). If you did not request pool heat at the time of booking but decide on arrival that you want it please contact the management company as soon as possible. You will be charged a daily rate. Are there stores and restaurants near by? There is a Winn-Dixie supermarket at the entrance to the community. At the same venue, there is a pharmacy, bank, post office and pizza takeaway. The US 192 is 5 minutes away with all its numerous restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI’s, Dennys, Ponderosa and Golden Corral. There are a selection of Chinese and Italian too. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 15 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace and Armani). What if we have a problem with the villa while we are there? We have employed a professional (24 hour/7 days a week) management company to sort out any problems that may arise. The management company details including a 24-hour emergency number will be sent along with all the final details before you leave for Florida. We will work together with our Management Company to ensure that in the unlikely event of an emergency, your vacation is hardly disrupted. Do I need a rental car? Yes! To get the most out of Orlando a car is recommended. It is very easy to drive in Florida and the roads are well sign posted. Make sure that you hire a car that is big enough for you and your entire luggage. Please click on the link on the home page for excellent car hire rates Do I need travel insurance? Yes! As with all holidays / vacations we strongly advise you get full travel / medical / cancellation insurance. Does the villa have its own phone? The villa does have a phone. Local and national calls are free. International calls are also free for some 65 countries. To make international calls to countries outside the list, you will need to give a credit card number to the local phone company operator or purchase a phone card at the local supermarket. The phone will also take incoming calls and you will be given the villa phone number before you travel so family can call you if you wish.
